California Expat does not guarantee outcomes related to moving, living, relationships, or financial decisions.

Courses and Membership

Purchases of courses or memberships provide access to content and materials as described. Each course includes the do the work guarantee described below. Paid course purchases may include 30 days of complimentary Insider access; that access ends after 30 days and does not automatically renew into a paid membership unless you separately subscribe. Terms may be updated over time.

Refunds and the course guarantee

Every course comes with a do the work guarantee. If you complete the lessons and the exercises within 30 days of your purchase and the course did not deliver its core outcome for you, email us within that 30 day window, show us that you did the work, and we will refund your purchase in full. You keep what you learned.

The guarantee is for people who do the work. It does not cover a purchase where the material was never worked through. Membership can be cancelled at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period; membership payments already made are not refunded. This refund policy concerns your satisfaction with the course materials and is separate from the No Guarantees note above, which refers to life outcomes.
